My name is Tenley McGowan and I am the Baker and Pastry Chef at Scale & Spoon. I have a love for all things food but the precision and detail that goes into baking and pastry is really what brought me to become a Baker.
Although I've had a sweet tooth since I was little, studying under talented Pastry Chefs at Johnson & Wales really allowed me to understand the exact science that goes into creating delicious and beautiful baked goods.
My goal is to fulfill your craving for that special treat, fill up your dessert table or help you create a custom event to remember!
